House Hunters in Tampa Florida!

My lease for my apartment is coming to an end, after being her in Tampa FL for one year.
So now I have a decision to make, do I renew my lease or try to purchase a home.

After many suggestions on my YouTube, I came down to 2 options:
Renew the lease but try to negotiate the terms, to pay less or look into purchasing a home.

My name is Eric, I have a YouTube channel; Eric Evolving.

I moved to Tampa, Florida from NYC July 2019 (check out my journey here and on YouTube).
I signed a 13 month lease in the Citrus Park area and now it's time to renew my lease.

A neighbor told me he received a Non-Renewal notice from the complex (Brookview at Citrus Park), which lead me to do some research. I found this info:
