My lease for my apartment is coming to an end, after being her in Tampa FL for one year.
So now I have a decision to make, do I renew my lease or try to purchase a home.
After many suggestions on my YouTube, I came down to 2 options:

One of the main factors driving my decision is my son; I can't have him switching schools to often I don't think that would be fair to him.
I also know that I can't afford the type of home that I would like in the Citrus Park area, so I am leaning heavy towards purchasing a home now so he can be in his new school for the upcoming school year and not switching schools anytime soon.
So with that thought in mind I decided to do my own version of the TV show House Hunters, where I look at 3 homes (drive by) and PURCHASE one :).
